Down 5.4 pounds. A pound and a half away from my first goal (330 pounds). Feeling kinda run down lately because I've been training a lot and probably not sleeping or eating enough. My resting heart rate has been up a good bit since Sunday, so I went to bed early last night and when I woke up, it was back to normal...

I think i have stayed the same, around 231 still, but feeling better from working out more - and that is what matters more than #'s lost!
 
Count me in as -2....... Hey, if I keep gaining and losing the same 1-2 pounds, if we only count the losses I can lose 100# :^)

166 lbs for me, I think about -3 or -4 from last time I posted a few weeks back. I'm at my original target but plan to lose a few more. 160 by the end of the year!
