Ok Thurs divers it is your turn to give us your report on how well you did this week.

down another 2, total of 35lbs in 6 weeks. just got my skin fold calipers and i ended up around 30-couple percent body fat, so it's far less than when i started. we'll see what the numbers are for next week - wait, i won't be here!!!! i'll be on vacation!!!! oh well, the next one will be a 2 week reading.

Down 3 pounds for me - a total of 10 pounds since we started.

I'm not really following a "published diet". I eat "regular" food but half of a serving. I throw the other half away - no temptation that way. I also try and not eat after 5 pm. I also try to get in 1 to 3 miles a day walking. Need to get back into the gym for a equipment workout.

Congrats Scuba-punk on 35 pounds gone - way cool.

Down 3 #'s. Its amazing that when I work out, eat right and ride the bike that I tend to lose. Anyone seeing a trend here? 11 days until I'm in Coz. My goal is 3-4 more pounds before then. I'd like to be down to 200 but thats just not realistic. 203-204 is fine by then. I'll pick up where I left off once I get back. My overall goal is between 185-195 depending on the mirror and how clothes fit. Remember, it took a long time to put it on, it won't come off overnight. Just goes to show I can't trust my own head. Thinking I had gained...

Down 4#, that's total of 12# down since I started in early April, from 274 to 262. Next stop, 250s?

I actually weighed last nite, since I was not sure I'd get to the gym today. Only got two meals in yesterday, dinner after the weigh in (not on purpose, family stuff), so not sure if that skewed the numbers at all.

I know i am not a thursday weigher, even though my actual tuesday weigh in was today but in the other thread. I just had to say, i do a similar thing, except i put the other half in a container and heat it up the next day/two days after - that way i only have to really cook half the time, i eat half the amount and dont waste any. In my house as a kid we were always told not to waste anything - and then my mum goes ahead and puts a large dinner down for all of us, no i eat less or save some for another time.

I expected -2..but only got -1...too much good food in Cozumel.
 
+1, but I think that has to do with the running and weight training the past 2 weeks.
