I'll be first, another week of stasis, actualy if anything I gained 1/2 # but I only go in pound increments, so we're calling it 0

-1.1..not as much as I hoped for..but better then a gain.
 
Up 1. I've not been exercising at night. Been sitting around eating instead. Wow. Well, my metabolism ought to be cranked up again by now. My goal for this week is work out and ride the bike 3-4 times before next weigh in. My work outs are at night and pretty much prevent me from overeating at night. I tend to eat pretty well during the day but blow it at night if I don't have something else to do. I would still like to be down below 200 by July 4th so I've got to get it together now or I've had it. Good luck all. Greg

mmm, butter. I'm up 12 sticks (3 pounds) ;)

Actually, I had a hotel this week this a workout room, so I used the treadmill and the stationary bike. I weighed my self this morning after guzzling some water and breakfast after my bike ride, so I may not be exactly on... According to the calipers, down .5% bodyfat to 28.43% big change from 36.8% when I started.

I should be around this week to get my results in on time...
