Good Morning -

Thursday weighers it is time to hit the scales again. I'm headed there as soon as I finish this post.

Hot and Humid here in Kansas - on Saturday we are having our daughter and (new) son-in-law's wedding reception here at our house. Yard party in Kansas in July??? Believe it or not it is supposed to be 80 and drier. Leave it to Emily aka Kramer (from Seinfeld) - any Seinfeld fans will understand that.

Down another 2.2# - that's even after a gelato and hitting the bacardi silvers pretty hard last night :)

Down 1 pound to 182 but with a business trip to England on Monday, may see that coming up when I next weigh in. ;)
 
Still at 185 but I look noticeably thinner than last week. I even got a comment from the cute coworker! ;) My body fat scale hasn't come in yet, so I figure that what I've lost in fat I've gained back in muscle.
 
I got a compliment that my face looks thinner today. That's good. I'll take it. Down 1.1!
 
maintaining goal weight even though had scuba week-end with lots of fast food, have another one this week end too I'm taking the bike with me this time for a couple of rides in between the dives

No change here, still at 215. Im trying to work on muscle now though, so wont expect weight loss to be as dramatic.

Down about 50pds from peak weight.
 
Hey, everyone! I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post the amount that I've lost in the past week... or the amount I've lost since I joined the challenge!

If it's the amount I've lost in the past week, it would be 2lbs.

If it's the amount I've lost since I joined... I don't really know cause I only weigh myself once a week!

Oh, when I started a month and a half ago, I was at 175. Currently I am at 157.5. Almost to the 20 lb mark, hooray!
 
Wow! It's great that you are losing with us rainbowangel. We are only counting since you joined the Fitness Challenge. So that would be 1 week ago right?
