Lost count of the threshers this morning, saw a nice manta as well. Malapascua is delivering on is promise so far of nice diving and superb hospitality!!

All for now...

The mantas are around, eh? Shame my IDC has just started or I think I'd be heading there tomorrow
Hope they are sticking around for another few weeks!

Can't wait to see them.

I am heading to Malapascua with a group in May. What are the chances of catching some hammerheads? I heard they are around that time of year.

Hi All

There is at least one Manta here at the moment as well as the usual Devil Rays and of course Threshers. Evolution has started running trips to Kimud. 40+ Hammerheads were spotted the first trip but only smaller numbers since.

May is getting late to see the Hammerheads as the water has warmed up again so the sharks head for cooler temperatures down deep. But you never know!

Contact us here at Evolution if you'd like more info.
