I am not sure if this is a new ScubaBoard feature or if I just noticed it, but on the thread's tool bar (for lack of a better name) there is a tool called This Thread's Short Link: (link here). My question is what is this for and how do you use it? I tried to copy it, from a referenced thread into a new thread as a direct link back to referenced thread, but on the new thread this SB Short Link did not work.

I did not see anything describing it in the FAQs.
