Hello all from the great white North , Quebec,Canada for the ones who may not know the coordinates of the great white North
I am new to the forum , but not to diving ,.... tripping over the forum while searching for underwater photographs on Google search. I was atracted by the thread of discussion appearing on Google .
I have been diving since 1986 , and have much experience in cold water diving , I also have several hundred logged dives in the Caribbeans and few in the Pacific .
Hope to exchange with some of you in the near future

Andre

Welcome to the board. The diving is fine, so jump right on in.

Hi folks, I'm in the reknowned diving capital of... washington dc. Typically I add a few days for diving to my frequent work trips. Not new to diving, first class in 1997 and then ~200 dives. I learned on the job as a scientific diver, and am now interested to take more classes beyond the intro/advanced. Am joining the forum because I heard about it from a friend and want to learn more about my gear and how to take better care of it. This is partly because most of my gear is getting old, and partly because I adore my new drysuit and want it to last. Thanks in advance for sharing your expertise.

PS picked my screen name because a great day begins when I wake up and dive first thing... tho I realize not everyone's a morning person.

Welcome! Hang around, it all sorts itself out over time ;-)

welcome aboard
