Hi everyone.
Does anyone have a thermo OEM rebuild kit and can measure the crush copper washer size?
I have few kits that I think were not OEM but some online retailer putting together and it gave me a problem today. The valve leaked and upon disassembly and the inspection it turned out the OD was 1 mm smaller which let the washer shift and not seal properly.
I had an assortment of washers and the one that fit well was 16OD 12.3ID 1 - thickness all in mm.
It worked well and is not leaking but I wanted to compare it with an OEM.
