I'd have to think there's a tether off the front bumper. Or those are two of the dumbest models in the world. Even if there is a tether.

At least they aren't driving it through tidal pools with sea water up to the axles, transmission, brakes, and drive lines like we've witnessed so many times before. On our last trip our rental truck had several dents in the roof from some yahoos who decided to stand on it as a sightseeing or photography platform. People are selfish idiots sometimes and our fellow divers are apparently no exception.

In this particular case though I'm voting for photoshop.
