Sit back, relax and enjoy the underwater beauty of the Maldives in 4k HDR.

This video is from fourteen days of scuba diving in the Maldives sailing on the Emperor Serenity Liveaboard from Male all the way down past the equator to Addu. The sea conditions were sometimes challenging, with strong currents, and sometimes perfect too!

Please take a moment and give me a thumbs up / subscribe /share if you like what you've watched!

Astounding! Extraordinarily good! The color grading is out of the world! This video is not just inspirational but also aspirational!

Now I just gotta figure out how to achieve the same results with my $800 worth of camera gear (GoPro) to match your $5000 worth gear.. Sigh!

Wow, what a video, thanks so very much for sharing.

Was this trip a private charter or scheduled ?

Very nice Daniel! Looks like you had some great viz on quite a few dive, and that Vilingili footage is epic.
Now I really wanna see the shot where the hawksbill is inspecting your dome though!

I’d like to give this a thumbs down because my videos don’t look like this. Lol. Awesome. What’s the water temperature?

Thank you - really appreciate the kind words...
...It is possible to get very good results from GoPro's too :) Any questions about that, let me know - happy to help.

Alas, I'm not on any other social media channels, so have no way of further sharing than youtube's algorithm and this forum, so any shares are most welcome and highly appreciated (there's nothing in it for me, other than the increased views and possible subscribers to my channel). :thumb:

Thank you - it was a fourteen day scheduled charter with Emperor Maldives on their 'Serenity' boat... We were extremely fortunate with the sightings!

Cheers Chris - appreciate it!

Yes the vis was great on some dives, mostly all of the footage is ambient lit, and the incoming current at Vilingili was extreme, so although there were alot of sharks the footage is a little wobbly!

The other hawksbill footage from the other angle is on my youtube channel
