I just don't log dives
We descend to -45m, as planned. The light from the surface is fading quickly in this endless gradient of green.
Sometimes the ocean is a bit like space, only it's filled with water. And technical divers are like astronauts, only they like to wear black. Underwater, like in space, you give up the ability to walk and breathe freely, but you fly and explore a new world. And that is the beauty of it. And as much as NASA does not fly to Mars just shake E.T.'s hand, technical divers don't necessarily dive just to take a photo of Nemo's relatives. Today's dive is like a flight into unknown green space and we'll have to fly by depth-gauge, timer and compass.
