I hope your friend is going to put a little effort into finding the owner of the GoPro since these other two videos are obviously off the same camera. At least have the decency to add a comment that the videos are from a found GoPro and should the owner (or anyone who knows the owner) watch them to contact you.

edit - unless I misunderstand your title and you meant your friend found a video and it's from a GoPro. In which case I'm not sure if marine life harassment (even if it is just a tadpole) is appropriate for the Basic Scuba forum, you might want to have a Mod move it to the Basic Jackassery forum.
