December 1984, New Year’s into 1985
a SAHSA DC3 at RTB.

(that hill seems to be gone)

I remember being at La Ceiba airport in 1999, watching a man repair the wing of an old Russian plane with a staple gun. A few minutes later they called our name and we found out that was our plane to Utila. It started to rain as we took off, the ceiling leaked and my wife and I were soaked through by the time we landed at the old Utila airport.
Not as old as yours Doc and not on Roatan!!! But we went back

to Utila in 2002 to look at a piece of beach property that was for sale, that's the top picture. The bottom picture is the way it looks now!!
