So after seeing the following mooring line that unfortunately was getting entangled in the wreck POW decided that it needed to be moored with a block system. So GLUE and POW went to work to rectify the problem. It took 3 days so far to find the block, prepare it for lifting and finally moving it.
The first dive was Nancy and Tom R to the stern of the china to place two shot lines one for the block location and the other to mark the wreck to minimize the chance of accidental addition to the wreck.
Next dive was on the Annie Falconer where a block was left some 20 years ago. James, Anne, Harold and Tom R did this dive while Bill and Nancy tended to the boat and left the area as the block was dangerously close to the boat.
After a couple of 80's of air in the bag the block left it's location and returned to the top and was secured to the boat and dragged for the next 90 mins to the China.
The block then was released and placed beside the china exactly where it was marked. Then Harold, Nancy, James, Anne and Tom R proceeded to clean up the area and install all the fixings of a good ole POW mooring.
Thanks to the GLUE Club for supplying divers, NTD for supplys, Big Jim for preparing the Line, DW Charters for supplying the boat, Bill for being the Captain of the moment and everyone for supplying a regular work day for actually doing some ship wreck preservation and not just talking about it.

and the view from the block for you the dive community to see when diving the China.
Next on the list apparently is another wreck to be opened in Kingston.
