Hi There ! Do you now a good way to write my name on my tank ?

Small reflective mailbox letters on the side and Magic Marker on the bottom.

Once the letters have been on the tank for a while, they are hard to remove.

Vinyl letters don't reflect, but are easier to remove. Reflective letters are great for safety in low visibility environments. If that's not important to you, but easy removal is, vinyl is an option.

I saw diver with Name keychain.

Indelible ink/marker is the best solution.

All stickers and labels should be removed when cylinders are tested/inspected.

I concur. Go back over it once a year. Ink lasts longer on galvanized steel cylinders than on Aluminum.
