Thanksgiving Holiday Dive Vacation

Hi everyone. My wife and I are really wanting to go on a dive vacation for the Thanksgiving week holiday. We are tentively thinking of Cozumel, Belize, Bonaire, and the Bahamas (heard they can be bad that time of year due to hurricane season)

Any recommendations for this time of year in these locations? We both enjoy shore diving more than boat diving so Bonaire sticks out, however we've kinda seen Belize or maybe it was Cozumel all inclusive resorts that include boat dives for a bit cheaper than a trip to Bonaire.

You may want to stick with Bonaire as that time of year can be sticky for hurricanes in the other locations you mentioned.
