Last year i purchased a techniflex USIA suit from a good friend who is a dealer. Right after this happened, i learned that they changed ownership. Then a few months after that, both my boots started leaking. It was evidently a bad batch.
I contacted USIA and they asked me to send in the suit, but i was afraid that i will have to pay since it was a new owner etc etc and my friend was no longer a dealer.
They repaired my suit over christmas by replacing both boots and sent it back to me no cost.
