i had a great experience that is worth sharing. My Shearwater Petrel developed a strange problem. When i switched the battery it lost the time/date and deco info. I emailed Shearwater and they told me to send it in for repair. So i shipped it on June 23rd UPS 2-day. Today, i received a new Petrel from them. AWESOME and fast and responsive service. Shearwater rocks!
