Can't say thank you enough to Joyce at Dive Gear Express. My husband and I ordered two dive reels on Monday for our trip to West Palm Beach. We paid for 2-day shipping in order to guarantee we got them before we hit the road Saturday evening. Unfortunately, after UPS picked our reels up from Dive Gear Express, the package went missing. When our reels did not arrive as expected Thursday evening, I spoke with Joyce on Friday. Since, there was not enough time for her to ship us two more reels, she drove up to West Palm and hand delivered the reels so that we would not miss any of our scheduled dives. From now on, Dive Gear Express will be the first place I look for purchasing gear online. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
