Thank You Halcyon Italy...

I guess you should by now know the story of my punctuated Halcyon Piooner...

Today, during my lunch break, I went to my LDS where I bought Aquaseal and as soon as I arrived home I repaired the wing...

After a couple of hours I was back in the office and after another couple of hours I checked my private mail box...

I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that it was coming from Halcyon Italy and I went absolutely crazy when I read :"We have got some good news for you, call us"...
I immediatly called them and they told me that despite I bought my wing in Germany I had to sent it to them and that the would have sent the wing to the USA for replacement...

I really could not find the words to say thank you while I was on the phone with Halcyon Italy...

What else should be addedd ???

Their stuff might be expensive but I'll trade this for this unique and exceptional customer service...

They had all the rights for not giving me support but in the end they gave it and this is a very BIG BIG PLUS !!!

I also learned a lesson, never buy your gear aboad unless you cannot find it in your country even if it costs less and buy it from an authorized re-seller...

Two thumbs up for Halcyon and Halcyon Italy, absolutely raccomended...
