Starting from 20th May 2025.
Delay by 2hrs then passenger is entitled to free drink and food.
Exceeding 5hrs then it will be B1,500.00 or similar.
Delay forcing overnight stay then it will be free accommodation and transportation.

Apart from the above, the airline must assist passengers in regards of means of communications.
That's what the new regulation says, I'm not sure if that would also include overseas calls to rebook hotels, reschedules rental cars, etc. - what extent would that cover? No detail on this came out just yet.
Which would leave this to interpretation....
