Hello! New to this board. We are flying to phuket next week. Looking for a safe, small, friendly dive company that others have had great experiences with in Phuket. We don’t want a giant boat with 20+ divers. We usually hire a private dive master just for ourselves. Any suggestions? Thank you!

My 2P - Unless its a speedboat, a small boat wont get very far and cover the distance to the many dive sites.
A speedboat is going to be a cramped bumpy ride with no amenities while a giant boat will give you a lovely restaurant on the top deck with drinks and coffee and toilet facilities for the 6+hour trips.

You can hire a private DM to accompany you on a giant boat.
