Our Dive Center in Khao Lak operates with two day trip boats and one liveaboard. In addition to our main office and the attached Palm Garden Resort, we operate with own sales offices in leading 5* hotels. With our new High Speed Catamaran we definitely have the fastest and most outstanding day trip boat going to the Similan Islands, which rank among the top ten dive sites worldwide.
Essential qualifications for all applicants are:
To all staff we offer a seasonal employment until to the approx. mid May 2019 in our premium Dive Center; however, this may become a year around employment, flexibility from your site provided. You are expected to stay for the whole season. Work is usually six days a week, though it may happen in peak season that the “day off” is shifted to a calmer period. We are sorry not to provide accommodation and not paying travel allowances; food and drinks in our Palm Garden Restaurant are available for discounted prices.
We don’t employ couples, to non – smokers is given preference. Male and female staff shares same duties and workload. Please understand that due to the number of alcoholic and / or addicted, time wasting "Instructors" who have been in and out Khao Lak every season again, we will only consider those who drink in moderation, or preferentially not at all.

- Teaching level in German and English
- Willing to live and work in Khao Lak from Oct. 2018 to May 2019
- Min. PADI OWSI or SSI OWI, must have Nitrox & EFR specialty, teaching status & insurance
- Willing to do a crossover to SSI at Dive Center’s cost price is a MUST, if not SSI Instructor, yet
- Due to the type of working environment, applicants must be well groomed (no piercings when in uniform and offensive or full body tattoos).
- Willing and physically able to lift and carry tanks and crates on a daily basis
- Willing to guide already certified divers and to teach according to standards, also on our liveaboard
- Strong focus on customer service, highest sales skills with a flair to sell SSI continuous education programs and specialties.
- Must have full own equipment, incl. pro torch ( not a back up light only )
- Willing to use your own transportation to go to work ( moped )
- Be mature in mind, flexible and used to work under pressure
