Hello,

Part of the success of the Thailand cave rescue may have been down to the positive pressure function of the full face mask employed. We have just published a paper describing testing of this function and describing the anaesthesia and airway management of the children. I have linked to a site where it can be downloaded from a thread in the Diving Medicine section. The implications of this extraordinary rescue for management of unconscious divers are discussed in the paper.
