TG6 + Video Light & Strobe

I added a Backscatter mini flash to my setup.

How would I go about using both?

If I intend to use the video light, the flash would go off?

And if I turn off flash to use video, then strobe won't fire.

Program C1 for video light (flash mode off)
Program C2 for strobe (flash mode on)

Or?

I have not had the TG6 camera flash go off when I use my VL4200P video lights. I don't use a strobe even for animals a few meters away and definitely not required for close or macro / super macro shots. A lot of people use a focus light and strobes. You need a focus light in low vis and night dives.
