Tethered GoPro mount giving you a personal video crew effect.

While working on a gopro rope mount for waterskiiing / wakeboarding I found a use for the technology in an underwater tethered gopro mount. I don't dive as of yet so just wondering if anyone is interested in an option like this since I will be producing a rope mount should I even look at scuba as a market?
