What pressure does USA mean when low pressure is used?

So 2400psi is low pressure.
Then we have 220 bar and 300bar. I take it 300 bar is high pressure, then 220 bar is normal?
Just trying to figure out on EBAY the different reference to advertised tanks and manifold valves etc.
In the Navy I was taught that low pressure air is 100 psi and lower. A 3000 or 2250 psi tank is a high pressure vessel that is rated to those pressures by manufacturing process, hydrostatic testing and material used.
