Tenerife Diving Companies

Hi

I am going to Tenerife on my own for 4 days on Tuesday 4th March, can anyone suggest a good diving company that I can do a few accompanied dives with, I have hired a car and will be staying in Puerto de la Cruz also if anyone has been and can recommend some good dive sites that I should visit along with some singles friendly nightlife, bars etc in Puerto de la cruz this would be great.

you have several divecenter in the north side of the islands..
