Has been in storage and unused since the 90s so it will have to be serviced before it goes in the water, as I would not trust o-rings without inspection and replacement as appropriate. I know the charger works and that the battery is dead and requires replacement. The triggers on the handles connect mechanically via pulleys to switches inside the housing and the internal spring that pulls one of the triggers taught is not working (probably needs replacement) when the internal service and battery replacement is done. The molded case is externally damaged (actually was when I first got it in 86) but mechanically sound for carrying everything. It should crated, (weighs 80LB) if you want to ship is somewhere however so I would prefer local pickup in LA area.
