Hello! I need to buy everything for TEC diving, so Im checking if I can find the equipment 2nd hand...
Im looking for a set or Apekx reg (long hose + short hose) but also a double bladder wing, a soft harness size small/medium (the smallest size possible!), an aluminium backplate, and a drysuit (size small, BARE or O'three ideally, laminated)

If you are selling anything of these, let me know!!!
The items needs to be sent to france.

Thanks!
Chloe

Why do you want an alloy BP?

Since you're getting a drysuit, why do you want a dual bladder wing?

If you get a hogarthian (one-piece webbing) harness, which I would recommened, then the size doesn't matter... if you're short as well as skinny, you might want to look at one of the BP manufacturers who make small BPs

It's probably going to be difficult to find a set of Tek3s second hand... they're not very old, so people just recently bought them. If you have to buy new, these guys are probably the cheapest around: http://www.lucasdivestore.com/store/tek-diving/regulators/apeks.html

I'd suggest you try and borrow some gear to try out before you rush ahead buying, and talk to as many tech divers/instructors (espeically the instructor you plan to take your training from) as possible to get their ideas first

Your profile says you're a DSAT Tec Deep instructor, what gear do you use for that course?

Hello Tortuga!
I want a double bladder, as Im going to dive both in drysuit and wetsuit!
Im currently diving with an Apeks hogarthian harness, but I find it not really comfortable and as Im going to dive everyday, I want to feel comfortable in my dive gear. Thanks a lot for the advice on the BP harness, yes, it seems that they have smaller sizes that Apeks! I will check that!
I dont rush ahead buying, but I need to have my own gear in 2 months, as Im moving to Dahab to teach TEC :)

Thanks for your answer!
