Tec Diving in India

I’m an expat based in Mumbai. Most diving in India seems to revolve around really unprepared people doing DSDs. Anyone know if there’s a tec shop somewhere or if anyone puts together exploration dives in new or off-the-beaten path places? There are thousands of miles of coastline here, but diving is few and far between and rather mediocre where it is available (I.e. Goa). I have to imagine there’s a club or group that’s looking for more than DSD or once-a-year vacation diving.
