Looks like a fairly interesting place. I wonder how much kelp grows there during the summer?

We dove Tanner Point twice this weekend. On Nov 11 vis had to have been at least 60 feet. We found a huge octopus sitting on a rock out near his den. The most amazing collection of 'star' fish I have seen. As with Swankenstein, no seals. It is on our list of do overs. Surface swam out and underwater swim back.
