im headed to Curacao in a couple of weeks, and was wondering about renting steel tanks. I am wondering how easy it is to rent HP steel tanks on the island.

On the island steel tanks are no easy to get, more common are the alumnium tanks.

No luck so far. I have given up on the concept of diving steel while in Curacao. If I do see some while I am down there I will post. So far its been challenging just to get return emails from the dive charters there. Must be busy in Curacao. A few very kind locals have been conversing with me, and from what I have gathered, AL80 is what you will find in Curacao.
