Not quite sure what you mean by different, as they both make various different sizes.

The biggest difference is there buoyancy. The catalina tanks are a lot more tail heavy. The luxfer tanks tend to be kind of floaty on the rear. I like the luxfers the tend to help me stay level in the water.
