I had thought of this a while back and finally found someone that had an old golf club cart they didn;t want and I created this masterpiece!! (ha ha)

Hauling tanks on my shoulder or carrying them is always a pain as I'm not tall enough to keep it from dragging. I'll try this out in a few weeks when the club I am in has a pumpkin dive.
