Tank box/rack to fit in rod holder ideas

Tapping the SB brain trust for ideas here.

Want to build a single tank box or holder that will fit in my CC seat rod holder.
This is for don/doff only, have racks for transport. Want to stop putting the tank diectly on the seat and metal, and would like a bit more stability. It is a standard Birdsall rocket launcher seat.

Kind of like a very small rod holder fish cleaning board with starboard sides maybe?
Has anybody done this or have ideas?

I think this is a great idea! You could stand up and put your tank on. I think the pole would need to be stainless for strength. Weld two flat crossbars on it to mount a shelf. Or mount a shelf on the bottom crossbar and a regular tank holder to the top crossbar.

An online friend (Seatux) sent me a pic of his stand for donning his rig. Very cool. Custom bracket with Roll Control tank rack and a rod holder mount that I suspect came off a bait table. this what you're thinking?
