Tampa/Clearwater dive on saturday 7/17

Ill be in Tampa this weekend and would like to do a charter, probably from clearwater on saturday morning, though Im open to diving from somewhere else near there. Im looking for either charter reccomendations, sites to dive, and/or buddies to come along.

If you already are signed up for something, and have a spot open, Id happily join you as well. Let me know...

Id prefer to do a deeper wreck dive (50-100ft) than ledges, etc.

Did you get a reply or suggestions? I'm actually down here in dunedin, fl (right next to Clearwater) for the next week and was thinking the same thing. Any ideas after your trip?

To be honest I don't think you will get what you want. The last good charter that went 10-20 mile out closed and that just leaves the 4-5 mile two trip a day guys.
I live next to Clearwater and will not dive local now, drive over to the east coast a lot better diving.

I called salty rebel and they said theyd go out anywhere, min 2 divers for inshore, 4 for offshore, $65 a piece. Then I called jims dive shop in st pete and they reccomened Treasure ISland Divers, but said conditions sucked that weekend, so we went to the aquarium instead.

As you said nice boat but the dive was the barge's and veterans reef......nothing to write home about.
