Anyone got any tips on how to get out of your drysuit with the gloves on? I currently try getting my head out first but I feel like I am going to break the neck seal with the gloves. Any tips on getting your arms out first?

If it is rear entry, I think the only way is head first. I actually just dove a rear entry a few hours ago, and don't see any way around it. In my front entry, my hands are the last thing in before I zip it shut and the first out after opening the zipper.
