It depends on how your software formats the data.
Some software (such as the program for my Aeris Atmos II), allows the export of data into industry standard formats, such as "tabbed," or "comma-delimited." These are just ways of allowing the data to be organized in a way common to many programs. If the receiving software allows the import of those same industry standards, you've jumped hurdle #1.
Unfortunately, hurdle #2 can be a bit tougher. Before you import data into your new program, you have to make sure the 'fields' (the order in which the data is listed) are identical in both programs. Otherwise you end up with your SAC rate listed under your maximum depth, etc.
This usually requires an intermediate step of loading your data into a common spreadsheet, such as Excel, and then sorting the data into the same order as the fields in your new program. Then, exporting from Excel into one of those common formats, and importing into the new program.
All this makes sense if you have lots and lots of dives/data. If you have only a few dives (and 'few' is, of course, relative), then I would just print out your log, and enter the data manually into your new program.
