I seem unable to find a supplier of the BN90 3.8 X 1.5 mm o-ring to replace part no. K5168. None of the on-line suppliers seem to stock this ?non standard size. If any-one can suggest a source I would be most grateful. Seems like this is going to be the one to wear, and I can only imagine the genuine part will include a 5000 % mark up.
Thanks

I have to go to a store that sells fasteners today. Down the street from them is a place that sells all kinds of o-rings (if my memory is working correctly today). I'll try to swing by there and see if they have anything in that size.

OK, well, the guy pulled out his HUGE catalog full of every o-ring known to mankind, and one of the size you listed was not found in there. He indicated that it must be custom made for Suunto and that you'll most certainly need to get one through a Suunto dealer. You're probably just as well off buying through your local dealer as you are trying to find something on-line.

Good luck!

Thanks a lot for your help, I will follow up on those suggestions, and let you know which one worked! The local Suunto importer, had 1 in stock when contacted, and since my family have 4 of these disconnects, that's not good enough.

If it helps you any. Me and my wife both lost ours after our first dive with the Cobra 2.I went to the local hardware strore (McFaddens) and bought the closest thing I could find to that size. It was not the exsact size but real close. Cost me .39 cents for each one. That was about fourty dives ago, and they work fine with no problems what so ever. Just FYI
