Divers themselves that fish, with spears, are the most cognizant of the marine eco systems.

There are major confrontations regarding fishing regulations going on today. Some are way too efficient and extremely wasteful, like commercial long lining and fish traps. Others like recreational spearfishing target a specific fish for direct consumption with zero bycatch.
