Surface Marker Buoy missing oral inflator

I recently purchase the XS Scuba SMB in yellow through Amazon.

Here is the prod description from XS:

The SMB is sturdy and what I would expect from Xs. However there is no oral inflation valve of any kind.
It isn't just missing; it isn't even there.

Did XS make a version that did not have an oral inflation valve?

Defective - send it back and get a replacement. The specs are very clear. What you got isn't what was advertised.
