Super Newbie!

So our family of 4 just signed up for a PADI class. My kids are super excited, as well as my husband. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet as it has never been anything I have every thought of doing. I am a cyclist, so this will be completely different, although the cost of equipment looks to be about the same! Looking forward to learning a lot here and meeting new people!

My wife and I became open water certified at the end of the season last year. Beginning of this season we are now advanced open water certified. This is a great hobby. Your family will have so much more to talk about now. Plan trips. Dive locations. It has been a great bonding experience for my wife and I. Enjoy the hobby.
