No matter what suit I use, under 80F water temp my hamstrings will cramp. Can anyone recommend a pair of insulating shorts for some extra heat? Thanks.

I would recommend strengthening your hamstrings. Try walking on your tippy toes more? It is not a heat issue...

drink lots of water--- take Potassium and calcium mineral tablets--stretch a bit before you jump into the water... I used to get leg cramps all the time-- but after doing a ounce of prevention-- i have been rewarded with a pound of results..

Don't swim so fast... don't bicycle kick.
