suit for snorkeling galapagos in December

Any basic guidelines for a suit for snorkeling in the Galapagos in December? Will be for a week on some sort of liveaboard/tour (not me, my sisters family). Full suit or shorty and will a 3mm do it? Definitely a full for my little niece, she always is cold!

what are the water temps going to be?

I was there in Nov 2002 and the water temps were about 67F
at the surface.
