Suggestions for replacement of Oly C-5060

I currently have an Olympus C-5060, however, the camera increasingly indicates it is about to go on the fritz (the camera will turn on, but turning the nobs for settings does not take).

I am looking for a replacement (including housing) that can be used with my set up that includes a Sea and Sea YS-90auto strobe, and ultralight arms and pivot tray. Any suggestions? Something that may be an equivalent to the C-7070. I would get this camera, but Olympus has stopped manufacturing the C series lines.

I do prefer something that I can manually set for shutter speed and apeture.
