Suggestions for OW Cert.

My sister is wanting to get OW certified. She has returned to the states from a tour in Japan and is now stationed near Glen Burnie MD. Since neither of us know anything about LDS's in that area... thought I might ask here. Any recommendations for a good patient LDS's in this area.

She is looking to get certified before spring so we can dive when we go on spring break! Is it possible to do check out dives in the MD area still or is it too cold?
