How about a backplate and wing? A stainless steel backplate would help reduce the amount of lead you've got to carry when diving your drysuit, since it weighs about 5-6 lbs.

hehe, that's you guys having holiday today We had our thanksgiving back in October So I"m trying to work here Though as half of my colleagues are in the US it's more relaxed today Cannot wait to finish the work and go for a dive

If you don't want to go the Back plate and wing direction (Should I dare to suggest) The Zeagle ranger is a great product. I have dove one for years and it is great customizable good quality construction etc...

If you should opt for a weight integrated jacket style BCD, I've got lots of positive things to say about SeaQuest BCDs.
We use the Pro QD for school/rental equipment at the local divecenter, and after 6 or 7 years of heavy usage, they're still going strong. Their patented weight integration system is also the best I've come across. Personally, I'd stay away from their i3 inflation system, and go for the standard inflator.
