yes... not much happened... i did have... you know.. stuff on my mask, so
had to clean it and clear it

just make sure you hang on to your regulator so that you don't inhale
water right after you sneeze

I've never sneezed, but I have coughed several times...

you could say i've done just about everything possible through a
regulator:

hurled, sneezed, coughed, inhaled water, exhaled water, spit, gurgled,
hissed, chortled .... and so on

I've sneezed and coughed... and I've seen people puke through their regs... Good for attracting fish.

Has anyone had to sneeze while diving? What happened?

Skybird
I did once.

Instant defog on the inside if my mask lens. :D

Wow Andy...how about sipp some champagne?

I have sneezed also...instant equalization!!!

I can't remember having had the hiccups yet, though...

If you can feel the sneeze comming (which I am fortunate enough to be able to do most of the time) then you can just take your mask off, sneeze, then clear the mask. I find that doing this malkes me feel (regaredless of if it actually does anything) less likely to loose my mask. I wear contacts, so loosing the mask would be less-than-good at depth.
No matter what, just be sure to keep the regulator in your mouth!! Use an additional hand if nessesary.

Interestingly, I'm an underwater puker. Always happens on my third dive of the day. I've gotten to where I can take my regulator out and then stick it back in right after, before I inhale. The main thing with puking, and I think with sneezing too, is to be sure to pop the reg in before the urge to inhale overtakes you!!
