I have a digital Olympus C5050 with an Olympus PT-015 housing. I'm shopping for a strobe and have it narrowed down to either a Sea&Sea YS-90 DX or the Sea&Sea YS-90 Auto. Anyone with experience in both these strobes? Which one do you recommend?

S&S YS90DX. I don't have the comparison handy but I prefer the manual DX strobe. Seach for wither or both and you'll get lots of info.
